
Try (if you have one) plugging another mouse in and if does not recognize the mice then you got an interface issue so call your manufacturer of your PC or if you built it to make sure your USB front ports are connected if you're using them. I know this sounds dumb but check to make sure that your Windows OS is up to date. (I am sure you know how to do it but in order to reach the device manager click Win Key>Type Device Manager>Then click on Mice and other pointing devices.) If it does not recognize that there is a mouse contact Syber support because that is a faulty product on their end.
